    The Alton J. Brann Endowed Scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students who have completed between 30 and 90 credits and who are majoring in biology, biology medical technology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.

    The Christine Arnett-Kibel Scholarship Fund for Women in Science provides scholarship assistance to "undergraduate women students in their junior and senior years" who are majoring in a department of the College of Science and Mathematics with an emphasis on the natural sciences. The fund primarily supports scholarship assistance, but it also seeks to "enhance the student's educational experience" by paying for conference-related costs and other scholarly activities.

Malbone Family Endowment Fund in Support of the Randall Gates Malbone Fellowship in Mathematics and Computer Science was established to "support master's degree candidates majoring in math or computer science" who are in high academic standing and are enrolled more than half-time.

    The Robert W. Guimond, PhD, JD, Endowed Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance for students from the UMass Boston Biology Department and College of Nursing and Health Sciences (nursing and exercise science majors). Additional requirements: Recipients must be of junior standing with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Preference is given to students who have shown significant and consistent academic improvement.
