- Integrated Sciences Complex
The Integrated Sciences Complex (ISC) will position UMass Boston to move forward with its strategic ambition to increase the breadth and sophistication of its research enterprise while honoring its historical commitment to teaching excellence. The new builidng will advance student and faculty access, engagement, and success with state-of-the-art research, teaching, and training laboratories. It will promote collaboration among students, faculty, staff, and visitors while opening doors to strategic and community partnerships and funding opportunities. The Lydia Anna Coard Memorial Fund supports student activities associated with the Campus Center and assists with the costs of maintaining the Center.
Give Now - New General Academic Building #1
The General Academic Building No. 1, slated to open for classes in Fall 2014, will be built on Master Plan Site B (currently the campus North Lot). This new academic facility will serve a large cross-representation of students, faculty, and staff through diverse programming that includes state-of-the-art general purpose classrooms, specialized teaching and performance spaces, faculty and staff offices, a café, as well as student lounge and study spaces.
