Operational Matters
The Global Redesign Initiative proposes a number of structural changes in the institutional arrangements for a new global system. However, even as improved effectiveness is one of GRI’s explicit goals, the operational requirements of the proposed changes are not given proper consideration.
The section discusses the following four operational issues:
Selection / election of non-state governors
Voting system between the groups
Administrative support structures
Financing non-state governors
