ACHA Patient Satisfaction Survey
In our efforts to ensure that we are providing the highest quality service to our students University Health Services has implemented the American College Health Association (ACHA) Patient Satisfaction Assessment (PSA).
After being seen at UHS General Medicine or the Counseling Center you may receive an email asking you to complete a brief satisfaction survey. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and participation is voluntary.
If you do receive a request we hope that you will take the time to provide us with feedback about your most recent visit. Your responses are completely anonymous and are returned to us without any individual identifying information. We value the feedback of our students and use it to evaluate and improve the services offered by University Health Services.
