In sponsoring UMass Boston for an event or program, you join many local and national corporations, foundations, and other institutions practicing good citizenship by investing in Boston’s public university.

Ongoing Opportunities
- Athletics Sponsorship for our 16 varsity teams, intramurals, and recreation activities for students, faculty and staff.
- WUMB Radio Corporate sponsors support the station's unique programming and reach 75,000+ listeners, including affluent, well-educated community and business leaders, educators, scientists, healthcare providers, and legal professionals. Corporate partners of WUMB receive on-air informational announcements in recognition of their support.
- GoKids Boston Sponsorship of scholarships for urban youth to participate and to learn healthy living to combat obesity.
- Give Us Your Poor: The Campaign to End Homelessness brings together the latest research, multimedia, celebrities, non-celebrities, homeless people, and partner organizations to help end homelessness.

- Reverend Haynes Professorship Event, November 7.
- Rebuilding Sustainable Communities for Children and Their Families after Disasters, an international conference hosted by the College of Public & Community Service, November 16-19, 2008.
Spring 2009
- 25 Years, 1,500 Lives – , a Celebration of the Urban Scholars Program. This 25th Anniversary event will gather national leaders to dialogue about urban achievement and share the remarkable success of this program which prepares Boston youth for college.
Summer 2009
- Camp Shriver, a unique summer camping experience for children both with and without intellectual disabilities, which is a model for inclusive summer campus around the world.
