Online Classes/Blackboard
IT Service Desk (ITSD) in conjunction with UMass Online offers the Blackboard system for both online and face-to-face classes. Blackboard provides a powerful and easy-to-use tool which faculty can use for teaching a course. Students can access Blackboard sites anywhere, anytime (24 x 7) to get access to course content posted by their faculty. Support for the Blackboard system to both faculty & students is available 24 x 7.
