Wireless and Wired Access on Campus

Connecting a Macintosh:

As soon as you enter the Atrium Café (Campus Center), the AirPort Status icon on your menu bar should indicate that you are in range of the wireless network. If you don’t see the Airport Status icon on your menu you may have to activate it. If you see the icon but don’t see bars indicating you are in range of the network you will have to turn on Airport. To perform both actions, open your System Preferences (by clicking on the icon in your Dock or by selecting it from the Apple Menu.)

› Click on the “Network” panel in System Preferences window.
