Resetting Voicemail Password
- From campus dial 7-4700 (Voicemail system, if off-campus call 617-287-4700)
- System will ask for your 5 digit extension (7-XXXX)
- System will ask for your temporary password (Temporary password is always your 5 digit extension – 7XXXX)
- Afterwards the system will ask you to replace the temporary password with your own personal password. Be ready to replace the temporary password with your own password. Passwords are always 5 digits.
- Once you have re-set the password and have your personal password in place, you will be able to get into the voicemail system and choose the “Personal Options” menu for further instructions.
*If you forgot your password, you will have to call Telecom at 7-5010 to request for the voicemail password to be re-set. Please select a password that you can easily remember. Telecom does not have a record of your password since we do not program your personal password into the system.
