Classroom Technology and Support
Media Services provides services and access to equipment and facilities related to the use of instructional technology in the classroom. Media Services also provides media support for non classroom events such as functions, conferences, seminars, etc. The Department also maintains and services 94 Technology Enhanced Classrooms (TEC's) and Auditoria on campus.
Special Event Support
Media Services provides support for non-classroom activities such as seminars, conferences, functions, etc. in the form of public address systems and all standard multimedia equipment including computer/video projection systems. We recommend a two week advance reservation for all special events.
Events scheduled after 5:00pm or on weekends, may incur costs for staff overtime.
Please make note that although you schedule your event through the University's R25 system, you must still contact Media Services to confirm any requests for multimedia.
