Getting Access to Finance/Grants v8.9

If you had access to the Finance 7.5 system, you will receive your User ID and password for v8.9 when you attend your first training class.  Additional security will be added as you attend classes. 

If you are a new Finance user, you will need to complete the forms below and submit them to the Data Custodian in the Controller's Office.  If your job duties have changed or you have moved to a new department, you need to fill out only the Training Request Form below.

To obtain a User ID and password, print and complete the following forms:

  1. Finance Access/Training Request Form
  2. UMass Computing Awareness and Data Security Compliance Statement
  3. Purchasing Memorandum of Understanding

Return these forms with all required signatures to:

Data Custodian
Controller's Office
Quinn, 3rd Floor

When you attend a training class (or after your forms have been processed), you will receive your User ID and password.
