Getting Help
To provide assistance to users of the Human Resources/e*mpac System, a three-tiered system has been established to route calls for help to the appropriate person. A specialized software system, called HEAT, links the IT Help Desk (Tier 1), Human Resources experts on campus (Tier 2) and the technical support team located in Shrewsbury (Tier 3).
