Human Resources/e*mpac System
Training and Information Sessions
If you are an employee job duties include timekeeping, completing personnel transactions or viewing personnel data, you will need access to and training in the HR/e*mpac System.
Steps involved in obtaining access and training include:
- Print, sign and obtain your supervisor's signature on the necessary forms
- Return the forms to the Data Custodian in Human Resources
- Human Resources will schedule an introductory training session for you on the HR/Empac System
- You will receive a User ID and password, along with instructions for completing introductory sign-in procedures
- A technical staff person will arrange to visit your office to set up your computer
- When the above steps have been completed , Human Resources will provide you with more comprehensive training.on the use of the system.
Web-Based Training
If you have access to view and print Human Resources reports, such as the Time and Labor Summary Report, you need to use the latest version of the Report Distribution Tool, upgraded in November, 2003.
