The university’s constantly updated email filter automatically blocks spam. We also tell you when hackers manage to send bogus mail. You are responsible for updating security and virus protection on a timely basis.
The Division of IT installs and supports McAfee virus protection software from our server on all computers owned by the university and used on the campus network. You must find and apply security patches and other important software updates to your computer. You can also subscribe to our automatic alert service.
