Description
Provides Tier 2 support (via phone, email, on-site, and remote access) for tickets escalated from the IT Service Desk Tier 1 support.
Support areas include, but not limited to:
- Operating systems (Windows or Macintosh)
- Mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad)
- Virus / spyware detection and removal
- Network jack activation / deactivation
