Description
IT Service Desk (ITSD) supports and administers university owned desktop and laptop equipment including printers. We are certified to repair Dell, Apple and HP printers. A list of recommended hardware systems from Dell, Apple and HP are listed on this site. UMass Boston is a member of the U$ave program which offers educational discounts on Dell, Apple and HP products. For those who want to purchase / borrow popular software applications, ITSD offers a NeedCD program.
