Administration and Setup
When setting up a new site or migrating an existing one, the Web Services staff will work with you to determine the best location for your website on our server. Once that’s done Web Services will issue you a contribute key that contains all your settings. You won't need to know your username, password or any other system settings.
All adminstrative functions such as backups and system maintainence is done by the Web Services staff. No user intervention is needed, its done for all users on a system-wide level.
If you have a special request such as a restore from backup or additional keys, you can fill out a Project Request form online at http://site.www.umb.edu/external_project/index.php
