Freshman Investiture
Each year, the university welcomes it's newest class of students at the Freshman Investiture Ceremony. Students will hear from the Chancellor and other campus leaders to kick off their experience at UMass Boston with the entire class. Students will also receive their official UMass Boston pin and enjoy refreshments with their peers and professors at a reception after the event.
New Student Success Series
The Office for New Student Programs will offers workshops for new students throughout the semester which cover topics such as managing finances as a student, learning about career internships and opportunities, and much more. Check back for updates on our Fall 2013 series.
