Facilities

Dockage: $1.50 per foot
Moorings: $1.00 per foot ( Fox Point Dock)
Fox Point Pavilion: $60.00 non- refundable environment fee (3 Hour Maximum)

Chartering

M/V Columbia Point: $690.00 per 2 hours, $230.00 each additional hour
R/V John F. Looney: $270.00 per 2 hours, $90.00 each additional hour
Landing Craft: $65.00 per hour.
  Other charges may apply
Head of the Harbor: $95.00 per hour
Discount: 10% discount for UMass Boston faculty, staff, alumni and U-Sea Fund participants
Deposit: 10% deposit due 10 days before service date.

Cancelation Policy:

 Cancelations made no later than 5 days in advance of charter or reservation will result in a full refund of 10% deposit. Cancelations made less than 5 days in advance of charter or reservation will result in a loss of 10% deposit.DMO reserves the right to cancel your event or change your venue due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances or events. An attempt for ample notification will be given but not guaranteed. Deposits will be refunded in full for such a case. In the event of a cancelation of a charter or reservation DMO will attempt to reschedule within the same calendar year

Island Adventure $900.00 3-hour trip exploring one of the Boston Harbor Islands
USS Constitution $655.00 2-hour inner harbor tour to/from the USS Constitution

Waterfront Recreation Program 

Use of the program is FREE with a current and valid UMass Boston Student ID card. Staff, Alumni, Community members and visitors are required to purchase a membership card.
