Background

Over 25 years of experience in industry in manufacturing and service management, mostly as a consultant.  Consulted to government agencies, non-profits and corporations in a wide range of industries.  Worked for organizations including Department of Defense, Tufts University Endowment, Fidelity Investments, Cisco, National Logistics Management, Kana Communications and Chiron.  Previously taught as an adjunct in the MBA program at Boston College and in the Economics Department at Tufts.
