MODR collaborates with public agencies, courts, community-based organizations, and industry groups through on-going programs that offer mediation, facilitation, training and consensus building services. The sponsors and other participants in these programs regularly refer matters to MODR and MODR provides staff and affiliate practitioners to serve as neutrals, trainers and consultants. The goal of these programs is to increase awareness of collaborative approaches to public problem-solving, to provide resources that support conflict resolution, dialogue and collaboration, and to build skills and capacity for conflict prevention and collaborative governance within groups and organizations.
