Request for Payment Form
To arrange for housing in any of the field station 40 beds (14 at the field station in dorm style bunks and 26 closer to mid-town Nantucket in 2 bedroom townhouses at Gouin Village), please call Sarah Oktay at 508-228-5268 or send an email to sarah.oktay@umb.edu to reserve. Priority is given to UMass Classes, students and researchers with some housing available to other colleges or education or research groups. We do not house ecotourists or members of the public not directly affiliated with an education, research or outreach mission. UMass rates and Outside system rates are listed on the “Request for Payment” (PDF) sheet and are $20/$40 per person per night for Gouin Village (UMass/non UMass) and $10/$20 per person per night at the field station. We book many months in advance.
After you have made arrangements with the field station staff for housing and after completing your stay, please send your check payment together with a copy of this completed statement, directly to:

Payments will not be accepted at the field station itself.
Groups that cancel their reservations less than 10 days before arrival for any reason other than the inability to get to Nantucket due to adverse weather will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
