Top Policymakers, Robert Durand and Kathie Olsen, Discusses Science
and the Environment in Forum Series
Part of Inauguration Activities Celebrating Chancellor Gora and UMass
Boston
What: Two top environmental policymakers from Massachusetts and
the Executive Office of the President will examine the latest issues and
debates surrounding science and the environment. The event is one of more
than thirty inaugural-related forums, lectures, concerts, harbor tours,
and gallery exhibits held throughout September and October in honor of
Chancellor Jo Ann Gora. Dr. Gora will be officially installed as the sixth
chancellor of UMass Boston in an inauguration ceremony to be held on September
