The clinic, which will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., is aimed at helping young athletes improve their fundamental baseball skills.
“This is a terrific opportunity for kids to improve their hitting, fielding, throwing, base running and overall baseball knowledge,” said Vice Chancellor for Athletics Charlie Titus. “This UMass Boston summer clinic will help budding talents at a young age and will give them a solid foundation to build on.”
The summer clinic is suitable for players of all skills and will incorporate many of the same drills and techniques used by the UMass Boston baseball team. The cost is $225.
