Seminar description:
Many organizations have adopted diversity objectives as they relate to personnel and procurement practices. However, the adoption and implementation of an "equity paradigm" includes, but goes beyond, these objectives. The presenter wil discuss the steps he is taking to adopt such a paradigm in state government.
