Please join us and learn more about the role of an ombusdperson: One who serves as a designated impartial and independent dispute resolution practitioner whose major function is to provide confidential and informal assistance to persons in an organization whose concerns impact their work or studies.
Melissa Brodrick, the Ombudsperson for Harvard’s Medical School and its affiliate institutions, has served as a mediator, trainer and facilitator Since 1985, Melissa has served as a mediator, trainer and facilitator since 1985. She has also served as a member of the MA Superior Court Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution and the Executive Board of the National Association for Community Mediation. (flyer)
