Community Relations on Hand for Moynihan Spray Deck Opening in Hyde Park

Associate Director of Community Relations and Economic Development Phillip Carver joined state and local leaders in celebrating the opening of the new Moynihan Spray Deck in Hyde Park. In an effort to encourage and support healthy family fun, UMass Boston eagerly supports Hyde Park's elected officials and neighborhood businesses in these various initiatives.  Carver is pictured here with Boston City Councilors Felix Arroyo, Stephen Murphy, and Rob Consolvo, as well as Department of Conservation and Recreation Commissioner Edward M.Lambert, Jr.

The new Moynihan Spray Deck features interactive spray and play functions that are controlled by the user through an “On Demand” function.
