MSBDC Regional Boston Director to Visit WUMB Radio’s Commonwealth Journal

Mark Allio of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Will Appear On Sunday’s Episode

The Boston regional director of a statewide coalition to boost small business in Massachusetts will appear on WUMB 91.9 FM’s award-winning program Commonwealth Journal on Sunday, October 21.

Mark Allio of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center, a partnership of federal, state, and higher education entities, will talk to host DeWayne Lehman about how to create a small business-friendly climate in Massachusetts, a state known for its innovation economy.  The MSBDC provides free guidance for small firms, minority-owned businesses, and startups.

The University of Massachusetts Boston is home to the MSBDC’s Boston Regional Office and Minority Business Center.

Commonwealth Journal, a public affairs program exploring topics of particular interest to Massachusetts, airs every Sunday night at 7 p.m. on 91.9 FM in the Boston area, or online at www.wumb.org. It also airs on approximately 30 other radio stations in Massachusetts on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Check your local listings.
