Distinguished Professor of Science Education Arthur Eisenkraft

Arthur Eisenkraft is the Distinguished Professor of Science Education and director of the Center of Science and Math in Context, or COSMIC, at the University of Massachusetts Boston. His editorial, "Competitions to Support STEM," appeared in Science on June 1, 2012. Science is the world's leading journal of original scientific research, global news, and commentary.

Eisenkraft has been involved in the ExploraVision competition, the Duracell/National Science Teachers Association Scholarship competition, and the NYNEX Science and Technology Awards competition, as well as in the participation of the U.S. in the International Physics Olympiad.
