The University of Massachusetts Boston is accessible to people with disabilities. This form is for people with disabilities to request accommodation to attend University events. If you simply want to RSVP for an event, please do not use this form. If you need assistance in completing this form, please call the Customer Service Center at 617-287-4000 or via text telephone (TTY) at 617-287-5040. Please note that the University does not provide wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility devices. Guests and visitors with mobility impairments must bring their own mobility devices.
Accessible parking spaces are available for vehicles with official disability plates or placards. People with disabilities who park in accessible parking spots are assessed the same fee to park as other drivers (currently $6 per day at the UMass Boston campus). Vehicles parked in accessible parking spaces without official disability plates or placards may be ticketed/towed. A map identifying accessible parking spaces at the UMass Boston campus is available at Getting Here.
