Climate Assessment
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston extends a warm welcome to Dr. Sue Rankin of Rankin & Associates who will assist us in the Climate assessment of our campus.
Our 2012-13 action plans include conducting and assessing diversity needs, creating a clear, quantifiable and achievable diversity and inclusion strategy and communicating the diversity strategy throughout the University, ensuring that all faculty, staff and students understand the strategy and its benefits. Additionally, our plans include maintaining an understanding of diversity as an ever-changing dynamic, continually monitoring, reviewing, evaluating and revising the strategy.
