Boston and Housing
The Student Housing Office has compiled some resources that you might find helpful on Boston Neighborhoods, Boston public transportation, and Off-campus housing and rental opportunities.
Health and Benefits
The Human Resources Office offers a benefits workshop for new faculty and staff which explains your benefits and options and offers a chance to ask questions. You can also refer to their Benefits at a Glance and website for more information.
Campus ID
If you are a new employee, you will need to get an ID. Once you have been placed on the HR/e*mpac System, an employee ID number will be assigned to you. You can then visit the ID Office on the 3rd Floor of the Campus Center, Room 3300 with a valid picture ID (license, passport, etc.) to have your picture taken and an ID created. If you need a replacement ID, bring the same information. For employees, currently there is a $5 fee for a replacement ID.
The ID office is open Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. You can call the ID office at 617-287-7957.
