Cindy Weiner is the Founder and Executive Director of AfterSchool Partners. She has worked extensively with nonprofits in the field of education focusing on issues of diversity, tolerance, and social awareness. She now brings her skills and experience to ReServe Greater Boston as a ReServist Outreach Coordinator. 

Co-facilitator: Barbara Wells has twenty years experience in innovative program development and management in a college setting. She has served as director for an academic support program for first-generation and low income community college students, and for an interdisciplinary learning community initiative for college freshmen in an urban New York university. Barbara has been a classroom teacher and advisor for non-traditional adult students working on reading strategies and study skills. Barbara recently moved to the Boston area and is working with ReServe Greater Boston on our college initiatives.
