Additional Information
Dave Timmons is an ecological economist who teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in environmental and resource economics as well as microeconomics. He is particularly interested in the economics of renewable energy. His recent dissertation looked at the potential for biomass energy crops in Massachusetts. He has also served as academic director for a study abroad program on renewable energy in Iceland. Other research has included local food systems.
