ActLaura Godtfredsen directed and produced a number of plays while living in Thailand. She has taught acting at OLLI for two semesters and for the LGBT Stonewall LLI. She has studied acting and directing since 1998. In Thailand she was a member of the Gate Theater Company and acted in The Gin Game, 8 Reindeer Monologues, and directed and produced the Vagina Monologues and That Takes Ovaries.

Dr. Laura Godtfredson is the author of Federalism and Yugoslav Political Integration (1973). She speaks Serbo-Croatian, has lived and travelled extensively through all the former republics of Yugoslavia, and has made presentations on the Yugoslav experiment on television and in academic circles.
