Louisa Tseng is a recently retired reference librarian from UMass Boston’s Healey Library. She is a liaison to the Institute of Asian American Study and the Asian American Program at UMass Boston’s Confucius Institute. She received her undergraduate degree from Tam Kang University, and went on to study Library and Information Sciences at the University of Kentucky. She also studied Education Psychology at Atlanta University in Georgia, where she received her Master’s degree.
