Lynn Hildenbrand serves as Visitor Services contact to the Middlesex Essex District of the North Region State Parks. She began her career with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation at Lynn Heritage State Park upon graduating from Essex Agricultural Institute. She was stationed at the North Region Headquarters on Spot Pond in Stoneham after completing studies at Salem State. Now, beginning her day at Camp Nihan Environmental Center in Saugus frequently involves encounters with deer browsing the banks of Hawkes Brook or the Great Blue Heron residing on Peckham Pond. Not bad for a Lower East Side (Manhattan) kid!
