Patricia Huffman-Oh, M.A., LMSW, is a PhD student in UMass Boston’s Gerontology program. Since 2004, she has facilitated fall prevention courses for older adults. After earning her MSW from the University of Southern Maine, she became Director of Aging Services at Midcoast Maine Community Action, where she instituted a number of programs serving older adults, including fall prevention programming.
