She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods to become a holistic health counselor. She has over 30 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse and is a Geriatric Care Manager with Norwell VNA and Hospice.
