New England Pension Assistance Project
The New England Pension Assistance Project, staffed by experienced pension lawyers and pension counselors, helps you understand your rights under pension law and claim the retirement income benefits that you have earned. The assistance is free of charge to anyone with a pension question or problem, regardless of age, income, or value of the claim.

Who We Can Help
The New England Pension Assistance Project serves the six-state area (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont).
Request help if you currently live or work in New England, or if you lived or worked in the region while earning the pension; or if the company or pension plan is headquartered or has operations in New England, or if it had operations in the region when the pension was earned.
If you are outside of the New England area, please visit the link below to see if there is a similar service available in your area. Currently 29 states are served by the U.S. Administration on Aging-sponsored Pension Counseling and Information Program.
