Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act

The Clery Act mandates that certain crime statistics be reported on an annual basis, and that certain security policies be published at the same time.

The full report required under the Clery Act contains required crime statistics for a three-year period, as well as specific policies relating to drugs, alcohol, sexual offenses, facilities access, reporting of crimes, and the authority of UMass Boston Police.
