Student Support Services Program
The Student Support Services (SSS) Program provides advising and other
services to CAS, CM, and CN students who are economically disadvantaged,
those with disabilities, or those who are first-generation college students.
SSS also provides support to students who are not native speakers of English,
and those who have been admitted to the University through certain special
programs.
Participants work closely with SSS staff who plan and monitor their progress
in setting and attaining academic, professional, and personal goals. Students
may also elect to participate in a mentoring program focusing on the students
major area of study.
