• To borrow the loan you will need to complete a PERKINS PROMISSORY NOTE and an online PERKINS ENTRANCE COUNSELING.
• The Perkins Promissory Note will be mailed to your home address separate from this financial aid award package.
• Perkins Loan Entrance Counseling -- All students must complete the Perkins Loan Entrance Counseling at http://www.mapping-your-future.org to receive the funds. This information will be electronically forward to The Office of Financial Aid Services, indicating you have completed the process.
