Welcome to UMass Boston’s Self-Service Page, where from anywhere on the web, and along with a printer, you can:

• Check grades
• Review and print degree audits
• Print unofficial transcripts and request official transcripts
• Perform Withdrawal, Pass/Fail, and Change of address functions
• View and print class schedules
• View Financial Aid status and award letters
• Access Stafford/Perkins (?) online entrance and exit counseling
• View and print billing statements

Available Services

Don’t know your new ID number? For current students, with your former student ID number, use the Student ID Crosswalk to find your new number. For new students, your Student Self-Service ID number will be mailed to you approximately three weeks after the deadlines for all having your deposit paid. In either case, your password used for the initial login is based on an algorithm using the first 2 letters your last name + birthdate (MMDDYYYY). For example, a person with a last name of Smith and a birthdate of January 30, 1974 would be Sm01301974.
