Travers & Boston City Nurses’ Fellowship for International Health
Virginia Travers-Lynch, Class of 1961, is one of the first alumnae of the Boston City Hospital School of Nursing to have become a nurse practitioner.
She has spent decades providing exemplary primary care to young adults and has been particularly passionate about the healthcare needs of developing countries, including Haiti, Central, and South America.
The Travers & Boston City Nurses’ Fellowship for International Health will extend Virginia’s commitment by assisting a nursing student to prepare for a career in international healthcare.
