Exercise and Fitness
Located in McCormack Hall, the Beacon Fitness Center is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. With updated equipment, personal training, Yoga, Zumba, circuit training, and other group exercise classes, the Beacon Fitness Center can accommodate any exercise routine.
Located in the Clark Athletic Center, our swimming pool has an extensive lap swimming schedule, master’s swimming, swimming lessons, lifeguard certifications, CPR/AED trainings, and other activities and events.
This fall, we will be hosting leagues and events for billiards, basketball, soccer, outdoor flag football, and volleyball. All levels and abilities can join.
The gymnasium in the Clark Athletic Center is open daily for pickup basketball. Volleyball and badminton can be accommodated upon request.
