Elizabeth Souffront, PhD is a clinical psychologist with 29 years of experience providing psychotherapy to a wide variety of populations. She is currently in private practice in Quincy, MA and a consultant to the Latin American Health Institute (Boston and Brockton, MA) providing clinical supervision to staff and interns. Dr. Souffront’s career includes developing substance abuse programs for a federal prison in Fort Dix, NJ and directing clinical services at St. Francis House, a day shelter for homeless adults. She has also worked at several community mental health centers. She is a bilingual (Spanish), bicultural psychologist. One of her areas of expertise is providing culturally competent services in both languages. She has a master's degree from the University of Puerto Rico and a PhD from Temple University.

Elizabeth Souffront, PhD is una psicologa clinica con 29 anos de experiencia proveendo psicoterapia a una poblacion con problemas de psicopatologia variada. En estos momentos ella esta en practica privada en Quincy, MA y es consultora del Latin American Health Institute (Boston y Brockton, MA). Ella es supervisora clinica para terapistas e internos. La carrera de la Dra. Souffront incluye el desarrollo de programas de adiccion en una prision federal en Fort Dix, NJ y la direccion de servicios clinicos de St. Francis House, un centro para adultos sin domicilio. Ademas, ella tiene experiencia en psicoterapia y supervision en varios centros de salud mental. Es bilingue (espanol ) y bicultural y se especializa en proveer servicios culturalmente apropiados para esta poblacion. Su educacion professional incluye una maestria de la Universidad de Puerto Rico y un doctorado de Temple University.
