The Teach Next Year (TNY) Teaching Residency Program prepares career changers, and recent graduates, to foster academic achievement and social-emotional development for students in the Boston Public Schools and other local and national urban school districts. Since 2000, TNY has prepared over 580 teachers, half of them STEM teachers, to teach in high-need schools.
