The program can be completed full-time or part-time, with classes that meet primarily in the evenings, late afternoons, weekends and online. Scheduling is highly flexible, with most classes meeting once per week. Students can join the program in the fall or spring semesters.

Our small classes create an active learning environment with high levels of faculty-student interaction. Our first-year seminar incorporates the team-building and analytical skills that will be developed throughout the program. Many MBA classes have a major case component that provides insight into corporate, nonprofit and small business issues. Others use real-world projects and simulations to connect classroom learning to practical experience and create a thoroughly inclusive classroom environment.

The Flex MBA program consists of 16 courses, although students with relevant coursework may qualify to waive coursework according to our waiver policy
