Advanced Federal Taxation

Description:
This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of tax law and its implication in tax planning opportunities; detailed demonstrations of integrating the tax law with the fundamentals of corporate finance and microeconomics to form viable tax strategies; and training in the application of using the so-called "economic balance sheets" approach in the financial accounting of a transaction.
