Enterprise Business Intelligence

Description:
This course is designed to accomplish the following goals: (1) explain what business intelligence can offer to organizations; (2) demonstrate how business intelligence is used in the real world; and (3) provide an action plan for identifying and acting on the BI opportunities that exist in our organization. The first part of the course covers "business Intelligence Foundations." This part defines business intelligence and describes its role in the effective management of an organization. It covers the business, technical, and human components of BI and sets the stage for case studies in part two.
